Productions, its officers, sponsors, vendors and agents for any liability, claims, lawsuits, damages, losses, and expenses of any kind which arise as a result of my attendance at a Lay It Out Loud! event, whether or not foreseeable, including without limitation, personal injuries to myself or my invitees. With my attendance at this event, I understand that I may be included in publicity photos and hereby give my consent for the use of these photos by Lay It Out Loud! Productions for future promotional materials.
