Cancellations for paid in full Crops are refundable less a $20 processing fee, if you notify us 30 days prior to the crop date. Cancellations 29 to 15 days prior to the crop date will be refunded less a $40 processing fee. Cancellations on within 14 days of the crop date are nonrefundable. You may send someone in your place, please notify us as soon as possible so your replacement is not held up during registration.
