Q: Can I still register for your next Crop Weekend?
A: Yes, there are still spaces available. When an event sells out we will post it on our home page. Space is limited at the Cove Crop please register early to guarantee your spot.
Q: Do I need to arrive early so I can sit with my friends?
A: No, your seat is reserved. If you give us a group name we will seat you together. You can add more people to your group at anytime.
Q: What should I wear?
A: Something comfortable, preferably layers - temperatures vary in large rooms.
Q: I've never been to a big crop before, what should I bring?
A: Some croppers plan ahead and bring preplanned page kits,
some croppers bring everything they own! It is a personal decision, at a minimum you will need photos, scissors, paper, a paper trimmer, and adhesive. Also - Please bring a water bottle or covered mug. Our Crop vendors will be available at the Friday & Saturday crops if you need supplies. If you are a LIOL member you will save 10% on your purchases.
Q: I signed up for the crop as a nonmember, I've decided to become a member can I still get the discount on the price of the crop?
A: Yes, we will reimburse you through Paypal. If you paid by check we will reimburse you in cash at the crop. Because membership gifts are purchased for you personally - if you would like to receive your member gift at the Winter Crop, you will need to become a member by January 16th.
Q: How much money do I need to bring?
A: For food : snacks and drinks are provided.
If you are staying at the Cove all rooms have a complete kitchen. You can prepare some or all of your meals in your room.
There are many restaurants within walking distance and there is a Houlihans restaurant on site.
For make & takes - Make & Takes are free!
For creation stations - we will supply all the diecut machines,
distressing inks, stamps, paints, sandpaper, steel wool, etc. - for use on YOUR paper and embellishments. We are adding more supplies to the creation stations including embossing powders and inks for those of you who like to give this a try. Our journaling station includes a laptop and printer plus an alphabet stamp set for embossing in metal or leather.
For shopping - that is completely up to you and your personal budget. Everyone who attends the Saturday Crop will get from $5 to $50 in Scrappy cash to spend! Even if you only spend your scrappy cash you are going to leave with lots of goodies.
Q: Am I going to have to spend my cropping time playing silly games to win a prize?
A: No, we guarantee everyone will win a prize. We may have additional prizes for some optional games/challenges that will not take much time. there will not be a prize for most pages completed - this is not a race, it is a chance to relax, have fun, meet new people, be inspired and learn new techniques.

Q: Can I just come and shop?
A: Sorry, This event is for registered attendees only.
Q: If everybody wins a prize - they can't be that great right?
A: Wrong! Our prizes are great, we buy most of them ourselves so they are up to date, and you get to choose them yourself from a huge selection.
